Q. How long does it take to arrive?

It takes about 1~3 weeks from the time of payment to the time of shipment.
All items are ordered from overseas and inspected, packed, and shipped by our local partner companies.
Please allow plenty of time for your shopping experience.

Please allow at least 4 weeks for delivery, depending on the condition of the item.
Please be sure to check the estimated delivery time before making your purchase.
*The calculation of the number of days is based on business days. Please note that we do not do pickup or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

As soon as we receive an order, we prepare to order the product from overseas.
We are very careful, but because we are dealing with a highly fluid product, we may cancel your order due to stock-outs.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

We are sorry, but we basically do not accept cancellations after payment has been made. Please contact us using the Inquiry Form for items that have not yet been shipped.


Q. Can I change the size or color after ordering?

A. Yes, you can change the size or color of your order before it is ready to be shipped.
If you wish to change the size or color, please contact us as soon as possible using the inquiry form.

We can exchange the size of the item after it arrives, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Q. Can I return or exchange items?

If the product is defective or if you receive a product that is clearly different from what you ordered, we will return it for a refund.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

Please note that refunds and exchanges are not available in the following cases
Returns due to the customer's own reasons (e.g., the product is different from the image)
・When more than 6 days have passed since the product arrived
・Products that have been used, altered, washed, or cleaned
・Products that have smells, stains, or scratches caused by the customer

If you wish to receive a refund, please attach a photo of the defective part and send it to the following e-mail address. Please attach a photo of the defective part and contact us at the email address below.
Please include your name, order date and time, and the name of the product in the body of the message.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of packaging and other shipping costs for returned items.
