How long does it take to arrive?

Please allow 1~3 weeks from the time of payment to the time of shipment.
All items are imported from overseas and inspected, packed, and shipped by our local partner companies.
Please allow plenty of time for your shopping experience.

We are preparing to order from overseas as soon as we receive your order.
We take great care, but since we are dealing with highly fluid products, we may have to cancel your order due to stock-outs.
Please understand this in advance.

Can I return the product?

If the product is defective, or if you receive an item that is clearly different from what you ordered, we will return it for a refund.
*Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.

Please note that refunds and exchanges are not possible in the following cases
Returns for the customer's own reason (e.g., the product was different from the image)
- If more than 6 days have passed since the product arrived
- Products that have been used, altered, washed or cleaned
- Products that have smells, stains or scratches caused by the customer

Please contact us using the contact form if you wish to receive a refund.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of ¥480.

Free shipping for purchases over ¥9,000.

Can you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship outside of Japan.
