Shipping and Handling
Delivery time: 2~4 weeks from order
Shipping fee: ¥480 per order.
Free shipping is available for orders of ¥9,000 or more.

No credit card required.

Multiple purchases can be paid in one payment by the 10th of the following month.

◎Cancellation
Cancellation of orders after shipment is generally not accepted.
If you wish to cancel an order before it isshipped, please contact us using the Contact Us form.
◎Return and Exchange Conditions
We will accept returns or refunds only if the product is defective or clearly different from the contents of your order within 5 days of receipt of the product.
Please note that refunds or exchanges are not possible in the following cases
Returns due to the customer's own reasons (e.g., the product is different from the image)
・When more than 6 days have passed since the product arrived
・Products that have been used, altered, washed, or cleaned
・Products that have smells, stains, or scratches caused by the customer.
If you would like a refund, please contact us at the email address below with a photo of the defective part.

1) Product Quality
Due to the nature of overseas products, there may be variations in quality as described below.
We will inspect the items before shipping, but please understand that we will sell items that do not affect the wearer.
There is a possibility that the size may slightly change due to changes in suppliers, etc.
・Dimensions may have errors due to the method of measurement (1~3cm)
2) About the color of the product image The color of the
product image and the actual product may differ in color.
Please understand that there may be an error in coloring when the product is indoors or outdoors.
3) Regarding the issuance of delivery slips and receipts
We do not issue delivery slips or receipts for the protection of customers' personal information.
Please use your credit card statement or bank transfer statement.
